# Subprocessors

Last updated: September 2026

Jsonify uses the following subprocessors to provide the Services. We update this page and notify account holders by email before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer personal data; the objection process is described in the [Data Processing Addendum](https://www.jsonify.com/legal/dpa).

## Infrastructure and Hosting

* **Hetzner Online GmbH** — application hosting, databases, and object storage (Germany and Finland, EU)
* **Cloudflare, Inc.** — web hosting, content delivery, browser rendering, and email delivery (US, global network)

## Content Fetching and Search

These providers fetch and search public source content on our behalf. They receive source URLs and the content those sources serve — not customer account data:

* **Bright Data Ltd.** — curated data collection and proxy network (Israel/US)
* **Browserbase, Inc.** — browser sessions and rendered fetching (US)
* **Cloro** — search results (Malta)
* **Exa Labs, Inc.** — data enrichment (US)
* **SideGuide Technologies, Inc. (Firecrawl)** — web content fetching (US)
* **Genymotion (Genymobile SAS)** — Android environments for mobile-app sources (France)
* **Jina AI GmbH** — web content fetching and OCR (Germany)
* **LINKUPAPI, SAS (Linkup)** — rendered fetching and search (France)
* **Massive** — rendered fetching and proxy network (US)
* **Parallel Web Systems, Inc.** — fetching, search, and enrichment (US)
* **TinyFish, Inc.** — fetching and agent-based collection (US)
* **Datacenter proxy providers** — IP routing for web requests

## AI Model Providers

Used to build and repair pipelines and to power Jason, under terms that do not permit training on the data:

* **OpenAI, LLC** — language models and agent runtime (US)
* **Google LLC** — Gemini language models (US)
* **TypeSafe AI, Inc.** — classification model for collection decisions (US)

## Platform Operations

* **WorkOS, Inc.** — authentication and sign-in (US)
* **Stripe, Inc.** — payments and invoicing (US)
* **PostHog, Inc.** — product and web analytics (US/EU)
* **Google LLC** — website analytics and advertising measurement (US)
* **Apollo.io (ZenLeads, Inc.)** — website visitor identification and CRM for business contacts (US)
* **Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)** — error monitoring (US)

Delivery destinations you connect yourself — Google Sheets, Snowflake, S3-compatible storage, BigQuery, Postgres, MySQL, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, and others — are not subprocessors; they are your providers, and rows are sent to them on your instruction.
