The pipeline adapts. Jsonify diagnoses extraction failures, repairs the pipeline and verifies the change before activating a new revision. Scheduled runs pause until the pipeline is healed, so nothing known to be broken publishes. The Changelog records every repair attempt, what changed and whether recovery was confirmed.
