About this dataset

This dataset tracks meetings of the Fulton County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections, including special meetings. Records cover meeting details and, where recorded, motions, proposers, seconders, outcomes, collective vote tallies, and explicitly named votes. Official evidence and recording links are included when available. Individual votes are not inferred from attendance, unanimity, or a member’s role in a motion. Scheduled meetings awaiting approved minutes are flagged.

What you can use it for

Use the records to review meeting activity, follow motions and their recorded outcomes, examine collective tallies and explicitly named votes, and identify scheduled meetings awaiting approved minutes. These are intended uses, not claims about completeness beyond the stated coverage.

Coverage

The stated period begins January 1, 2026 and runs through today. The dataset covers Fulton County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections meetings, including special meetings. Refreshes replace the complete selected-period snapshot. No refresh schedule is enabled.

Sources

Records include official evidence and recording links when available. The source index, minutes, schedule, and video links are represented in the data where provided.

Data pipeline

How Jsonify collects this data

Jason, Jsonify's AI data engineer, built this pipeline from a plain-language brief. It runs the same steps every time: read the sources, extract the fields, check every row, publish the dataset. When a source changes and a step fails, Jason diagnoses the failure, repairs the pipeline and verifies a sample before it resumes, so the dataset keeps its shape without anyone babysitting it.

History

Versions, repairs and quality checks

Every activated version of the pipeline, the recorded outcome of each repair, the latest quality checks on published data, and what the dataset does not cover.

Version history

  1. v19

Handles misread page numbers and reads longer scanned minutes in full, preserving motions and named votes across every page.

  2. v18

Verifies Forsyth canvassing minutes that omit the county name using the official board name, office address and named officers.

  3. v17

Keeps Forsyth motions intact across scanned page breaks while preserving named votes and source checks.
