Ingredient Specs & Pricing
Radar tracks ingredient specifications and competitor pricing for food and beverage teams
What ingredient sources do we read?
Radar reads 8+ sources, including Food Ingredients Online, B2B Food, Ingredi, specialtyfood.com, and alibaba.com. It captures competitor ingredient listings, supplier names, product names, categories, KeyFeature values, and reference pricing for specialized food texture and healthful ingredients.
What ingredient data does it find?
Each dataset row has Source, Supplier, Product, Category, KeyFeature, and Price_per_kg_USD. Source shows where the listing came from, supplier and product identify the item, category and key feature describe it, and price records the per kilogram USD reference price.
Alerts and delivery.
Changes land where your team already works, the same morning they appear.
When do we get ingredient alerts?
One enabled alert rule watches for changes in competitor pricing and new product listings. It sends a notification when competitor prices change or when a new product listing appears.

Extracted ingredient data lands in API, Snowflake, Google Sheets, and Webhooks. Radar delivers the structured output to these destinations so the same dataset can be used in data stores, spreadsheets, and webhook-driven workflows.
