It captures disclosure changes, control findings, remediation references, and regulatory actions from those public sources.
What compliance data does it find?
Each record has Source, Filing Type, Company, Date Filed, Finding, Control Impact, Regulatory Action, and Estimated Remediation Cost. These columns identify where the item came from, what was filed, who filed it, and the compliance or control issue found.

When do we get compliance alerts?
One enabled alert rule watches for compliance updates, regulatory changes, and internal control issues. Notifications are sent by Email when the rule detects a matching compliance update or control issue.
