Benchmark reads 8+ public sources including Insurance.com, NerdWallet, ValuePenguin, Policygenius, and Bankrate. It captures claims satisfaction, monthly premium, deductible, coverage type, rating, and review signals from insurance plan pages and aggregator content for provider and plan comparisons.
What claims intelligence data does it find?
Each row has Source, Provider, Plan Name, Monthly Premium, Deductible, Coverage Type, Rating, and Reviews. Source identifies where the record came from, provider and plan fields name the offer, and the remaining columns describe price, coverage, and customer feedback.

When do we get claims intelligence alerts?
One active alert rule watches for changes in claims satisfaction scores or regulatory updates. When either condition appears, Benchmark sends a notification through the configured channels.
